How to access a reservation system
All reservation systems operate independently of each other, as the subscribers are independent businesses or individuals. The subscriber determines if their reservation system is private, semi-private or public. To access a private reservation system you (the customer) are required to contact the subscriber for a unique username and password. You will need a separate username and password for each reservation system you visit, as your details are specific to the reservation system you are visiting. To access a semi-private or public reservation system you (the customer) do not require a username and password. However, to make a reservation in a semi-private or public reservation system, you must register online with the subscriber prior to accessing the reservation system you wish to visit. Top
How to Submit Your Reservation Request
Once you have accessed the subscribers reservation system, you will presented with the subscriber information page. Click on book now to go to the Calendar Selection screen. Click on a schedule from the drop down box in the schedule selector and click on the select schedule button. Select the month, year and day you wish to make a reservation. Next, select the time you wish to make a reservation (click on the green button, located, right of the time you desire). Your reservation selection will be displayed. You may possibly be asked to make a payment with the reservation and read the subscribers Terms and Conditions (if the subscriber has chosen to activate these two options).
Click "Reserve Button" to submit your reservation request. Or select another available time. Or click on the logout button to exit the calendar. If you want to view the available times for another calendar, click on "Select another calendar". Top
Does a subscriber know when someone is looking at their reservation system?

Changing Your Reservation Details

Displayed will be the details of your reservation
.The cancellation policy will vary depending on the terms and conditions provided to you by your subscriber. Top
The TimeTaggers Privacy Statement outlines our approach to protecting information we collect. We also encourage our subscribers to provide the highest level of data security possible.
To enable subscribers to provide a more personalized service, during the registration process customers may be requested to provide certain details. The information requested will vary from subscriber to subscriber, but may include: first name, last name, email address, telephone details, fax details, street address and postal address.
When a subscriber has requested you to provide specific contact details, this must be done before you can submit your reservation request.
Your Customer Profile allows you to have a different profile for each TimeTaggers subscriber you visit. For example, if a subscriber requests a telephone number you can decide which phone number to give them. In most cases a business trading during regular hours will need a daytime contact number, whereas another subscriber may need an after hours contact. You have control over which details you provide.
When a customer registers with a number of TimeTaggers subscribers, they will need to create a different username to access each subscriber's reservation system. The unique username/password combination is the key to the customers Profile with that subscriber. Top
When you submit your request for a reservation it is suggested you book sufficient time for the subscriber to provide the service you require.
Be aware that subscribers have the option of setting reservation times in increments from as small as 5 minutes to several hours. So you may find different subscribers have set up their reservation systems with different time segments. Top
Confirmation of Reservation Requests
When you request a reservation with a subscriber, it is based upon availability in the TimeTaggers database for the subscriber selected.
To ensure customers receive the best level of service we suggest to subscribers they confirm reservation requests directly with customers. This optional message from the subscriber would follow the automatic confirmation sent by TimeTaggers to all customers when they submit their request. The information contained in your Customer Profile data is very helpful to the subscriber for this purpose. Top
If you must cancel a reservation please try to give the subscriber as much notice as possible.
You may access contact details for the subscriber through their reservation system.
Subscribers also have the option of cancelling reservations with customers. If they do this, the customer will receive an email message confirming the cancellation. Top
In some countries subscribers have the option of requesting a payment from customers at the time they submit a reservation request.
If this option is activated, all customers must complete the payment before the reservation request will be submitted.
Credit card details are processed through a secure international standard Internet payment gateway that uses 128-bit data encryption.
Any payments made in this way are a transaction between the subscriber and their customer. TimeTaggers is only a facilitator for this transaction. Top
