What is TimeTaggers?

TimeTaggers is a server-based internet reservation system. Being server-based means you do not need any special software to use it, just a suitable Internet browser.

TimeTaggers allows a business to accept reservations via the Internet for time slots they have configure to suit their business. Top Of Page

Anybody with access to the Internet can use TimeTaggers.

Customers can view available times and details of the business and then submit a booking quest for a suitable time.

What software do I need to use to access or subscriber to TimeTaggers?

There is no special software required. All you need is an Internet browser.
TimeTaggers has been designed for use with Microsoft Internet Explorer version 5 and above. If viewed through Netscape Navigator some incompatibility problems may be experienced, however most TimeTaggers functions will be available to you. In particular Netscape will not accept a URL with a space being entered into the location bar. If you experience this it is suggested you either login via the home page (if you have previously resisted), or contact the person/business by other means. Top Of Page

How do I put my own logo on my reservation system page?

If quid, you can place the default TimeTaggers "Quick, Easy, Secure" banner with one of your own. To do this simply enter the web address of your image in the field named Banner Name/Location under the Setup/Profiles tab. Top Of Page

How does a business know when I’ve made a reservation?

Each time a booking is made both the TimeTaggers system owner and the customer receive a confirmation email. This email message is generated automatically and will be sent to the email address provided during registration. Top Of Page

Do I need to accept cookies to use TimeTaggers?

Yes, but only session cookies for your security. To use a TimeTaggers reservation system you will need to have your browser cookie option set to accept cookies. No cookies are stored on your computer except the security session cookie while you are accessing a TimeTaggers system. Top Of Page

Will it work on all browsers?

TimeTaggers is optimized to work with all Microsoft Internet Explorer browsers from version 3 upwards. Note problems may be experienced with some versions of Netscape browsers.  Top Of Page
