Subscribers can link to their reservation system from their web site or just type into the browser.
Public Access to your Reservation System means that a customer can register for access.
Semi Private Access to your Reservation System means that a customer can register for access.
Private Access requires that you issue each person with a Username & Password.
With all of the above systems the subscriber can access their system to add telephone appointments.
Eliminates doubling up of appointments as they are recorded in real time.
The customer only sees available times and blocks of times can be held back and released by the subscriber as required.
Times can be created in 5-minute increments with excellent time setting flexibility.

Set the limit on the number of reservations a customer can make in a session. The default is 1.
Reminder Email notices for upcoming scheduled reservations can be sent out to Customers 1, 2 or 3 days in advance.
